We are a vaporizer/glass company that has been in business for 14 years. We make the infamous Silver Surfer Vaporizer and also sell both Elev8 and Elev8 Premier glass to local and nationwide wholesale accounts under the company Elev8 Distribution.

SALES AND MARKETING
If you work hard and smart, this is the job for you. Sales reps have access to all our contacts and any resources we have. We want you to succeed as that is how we succeed.
SCHEDULE- We are open from 7:30am - 6pm, and you can use our office space, desk, and open computers not being used. You are welcome to also work from home. We require that notes are saved for communication purposes.
SALES JOB OVERVIEW- This is a commission based sales job. We have either full wholesale working larger sales opportunities or we have Elev8 At Home sales with many options. We strive to be the best vaporizer and glass shop to our customers and customer service is one of the best ways we work to achieve this goal. The purpose of this position is to grow our sales and expand our products to people that have not heard of us.
SCOPE- Have the ability to be a self-starter and communicate effectively and interact with potential clients over the phone or in person. One needs to understand the importance to collect, organize and input the data so we can grow as a team. The sales rep needs to continuously follow-up with potential clients and knows our products in order to make the sales and offer the education needed for shops to sell our products.
REQUIREMENTS-
- Experience with basic computer programs like word and excel
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
- Previous sales experience
- Willingness to contribute to a team effort
- Positive, "can-do", motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to walk and sit for long periods of time
COMPENSATION - The base income for the sales associate is a commission of 20% on all wholesales sales.
MARKETING JOB OVERVIEW-
This job is for the long term person. You will be paid $10 for each local dispensary that gets a coupon and signs up for our tri-fold. You can earn $5 for each non-dispensary you get to sign up for a call to action and signs up for the street team. The future can be very bright. We are willing to split our paid advertising at a 40%/60% you/us split and after 1 year go to 50%/50% split. No paid advertising will be collected for at least 2-3 months so you must be willing to invest your time.
