Carrio Cabling Corporation, a custom molded cable assembly manufacturer located in Colorado Springs, Colorado since 1983, has an opening for a full-time technical customer service account rep. As a member of our front office team, you will work closely with others in customer service as well as other areas of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary contact for a group of customers.
Track all technical aspects of the customer's products.
Work with others to prepare written quotes for customers and potential customers.
Enter purchase orders into our ERP system.
Track orders and customer requests through shipping confirmation and customer questions, following detailed company processes.
Manage the specifics of each customer's technical and order requirements, including requests for variations from original orders and changes made to technical specifications.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Assist with front office tasks including answering phones and interacting with visitors.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong aptitude for technical details
Strong computer software and Excel skills
Customer service experience, particularly in a manufacturing or technical environment
Able to accurately manage many details across multiple customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent math skills
Strong work ethic
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
