Legend Senior Living is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Customer Service Associate. This role would provide a wide variety of administrative support to enrich the lives of our residents and our associates.

Successful Customer Service Associates possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.Hiring:

Customer Service AssociatesResponsibilities would include but not be limited to:Greeting/assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming phone calls

Various recruiting responsibilities such as: forwarding applications, scheduling interviews, running background checks and drug screens, entering new associates and their paperwork into an online HR management system, maintaining employee files

Various accounts payable & accounts receivable responsibilities, such as:Entering transactions into an expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks, collecting/depositing rent payments

Assisting department heads with training by: printing training forms, submitting and documenting completed trainings, running reports of overdue trainings

Assist the Residence Director in submitting various employee-related forms, such as: Legend of Honor, meeting minutes, associate injuries, garnishments, employment verifications, etc.

Managing an online timekeeping system by: entering new associates, correcting punches, documenting absences

Other administrative support as assigned by the Residence DirectorAdditional requirements:
