This is a high traffic area, renovated motel into a retail front, very eclectic property with a garden/patio area out back where clients and tenants can sit and enjoy the Colorado air. First two weeks free PLUS owner of salon is giving a "Covid" discount on rent until January 2021. Normal rent would be $450/month, discounted to $300/month until January 1st 2021. Looking to get people who have a decent client base, and those looking for a long term home to run their personal businesses Owner would prefer tenants that are willing to work a consistent schedule and actually have a presence in the salon more than a couple days a week so the salon can advertise these services to new clients and existing hair clients. Tenants get free WiFi, owner pays the monthly fee for Vagaro booking system if tenants chose to utilize it.
