Successful Sport Clips salon looking for a salon manager for a Colorado Springs location. It is extremely busy, and lacking a strong leader. The salon currently services 350 clients a week. This salon needs a qualified experienced manager and we can easily grow to over 450 clients a week.
We are looking for someone to develop and retain a staff of 8 to a staff of 10. There are at least 50 - 100 clients turned away each week. Can you grow, motivate and manage the staff. We won't grow until you can organize, and motivate the staff to their potential and to add members without losing current members. We have not been able to do this in the past.
Overall compensation will be $80,000 plus. One week paid vacation, with 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
