Looking for qualified technicians who are able to excel in professionalism and customer service. Our company is Integrity Air Quality. We have positions open in Denver and Colorado Springs.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will work with your team to perform air quality testing and analysis of residential and commercial buildings. As a vital member of a team, you will be the face of the operations in providing excellent customer service and air quality data for the company. The testing conducted will impact our customers health and livelihood. This job will require occasional long days and possible weekends for servicing our vast customer base. A typical work week is Monday through Friday.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of A Technician Are As Follows:

• Deliver outstanding customer service as main point of contact for project inquiries.

• Answers customers questions with accuracy and professionalism.

• Arrives on time and ready to have the vehicle loaded promptly.

• Manages equipment to ensure no damage or negligence may occur.

• Dresses professionally and has a clean appearance.

• Performs a detail inspection of the environment being serviced.

• Handles environmental reports and ensures correct data and receipt of all information.

• Interprets data and writes specific protocols based on the data.

What Experience and Abilities You'll Need To Have:

• Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction

• Trouble shoot issues to the point of correction and deployment.

• Ability to operate advanced technology.

• Experience in disaster restoration preferred.

• Experience in home inspections or building inspections preferred.

• Able to lift 100 lbs in and out of a vehicle multiple times a day.

• Excellent verbal skills to communicate complex concepts and situations.

• Teachable and personable.

What Education You'll Need To Have:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Higher Education preferred
