The carpenter will work under the direction of the Superintendent to complete the following tasks, clean up, painting, caulking, metal and wood framing, blocking, commercial door installation including hardware, demolition, ceiling tile installation, grouting, insulating, installation of bathroom hardware including grab bars, paper towel holder, toilet paper holder, mirrors, soap dispenser, and minor flooring repair.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, have dependable transportation, a good work ethic and a willingness to get the job done attitude.
