As part of a small, friendly team, we are looking for a maintenance person with good communication and problem solving skills.
Must have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Multiple trade disciplines i.e.: plumbing, electric, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, general repairs, landscape,
- Able to move furniture / appliances
- Neat professional appearance
- Customer Service skills
- Computer literate
- Organized
- Valid Driver’s License
