General Contractor looking to hire skilled workers. Must have your own tools and truck/van. The right candidate will have a wide range of skills including drywall patching, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance. We are looking for someone that can knock out punch list jobs, complete tenant turnovers and be a TEAM PLAYER. This is a full time position. Please send a resume with photos of your work and a list of tools and vehicle. We pay mileage reimbursement. This will be a long term position for the right candidate. Pay DOE $18-$35. We are looking for apprentice's and helpers as well.
We are also looking for 2-3 man subcontractor crews that can complete rental turnovers quickly and with high craftsmanship. We have post inspection make sale ready projects. MUST BE ABLE TO HIT DEADLINES AND COMPLETE ALL ITEMS ON SCOPE. Pay is NET 15. We have work from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs. Bonus is you have experience with Invitation Homes, Pathlight Properties, Offerpad, Red Fin, SMS, etc. Must be detailed oriented.
