Locally-owned, established plumbing company looking to fill the position of Field Superintendent, for "new Residential Construction." We specialize in single family, production homes, custom homes, and are looking for a qualified individual to be part of our management team. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Must be effective in managing crews and daily schedules, organizing materials needed, oversee the quality control of all work performed, have good interpersonal skill to work with our builder clients, ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Must have plumbing license, know all the processes of new construction, and work well with others. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, clean cut, professional person, who wants to be a part of our amazing team. Position is full- time. We offer a desirable benefit package to all employees:
