Clean large, well lit shop with nice equipment looking for a cool tech to come wrench with us.
I need a guy that can do most things without a lot of help or supervision. If you need help just let me know and I'm happy to help and teach you. I wrench myself and want to pass along what I've learned as well as encourage you at the same time. I also want you to make money.
This is not an apprenticeship opportunity, this is a chance for you to come in as a B tech, learn more, and become the tech you want to be. You must have a good set of tools, and at least five years experience.
As a tech myself I care about other techs and how they are treated. At this shop, if the shop is doing well, then you will be doing well; and if the shop is doing great, then you will be doing great! Ownership is not greedy and loves treating people right!
Pay will be determined based on skill and experience.
I'm not looking to just get "butt's in seats". I want the right tech. If you have a passion for and enjoy doing auto repair then I would love to talk to you! I've been wrenching for over 20 years and have seen and experienced all the crap that goes on in a shop; and I hated it! So we do things differently; we don't slave drive the techs, we don't screw you on time, and we communicate effectively with the customer so the tech isn't put under pressure after being told "the customer is waiting up front"! No more of that!
We are Monday thru Friday 8-5. Pay every week.
We buy lunch on Fridays and provide uniforms.
