This is a 1099 job listing must show proof of liability insurance, and have a business license listed with the Secretary of State.
Responsibility’s includes completing punch lists when tenants move out, also repairs that are needed on 6 months inspections, painting interior and exterior, light electrical and plumbing, drywall repair, texturing, flooring, siding, decks, and any other remodeling or maintenance that might come up
Must have own tools and transportation and be able to work alone, self motivated.
This job requires professionalism and quality workmanship and must be dependable.
