This posting will be for a contract (Colorado) Journeyman or Residential Plumber. This will be a very lucrative opportunity for the right contractor candidate. You will be paid biweekly for all jobs completed that pass inspection by the local County inspector or City inspector, depending on the jurisdiction where the job is being completed. This is a non-union, non-exclusive contract, it's a pay per job contract, where you will not be treated as an employee. Based on experience, our contract installers rarely have issues installing a water heater. Our company will rely on you to know all updates to any new codes or laws that affect a successful installation. If you do not understand plumbing and would like to learn how to become a licensed installer we might be able to to provide you with the necessary training.
What will you do as a contractor? You will install water heaters and other plumbing tasks within the scope of residential plumbing.
What will we provide? Customer service, appliances, parts, and marketing. The more projects you bring, the more money you will make.
Our company will also have opportunities that are non-water heater related. These commercial/residential and other RFQs that are where you the (contractor) and our company and you can generate additional income.
We have a 24 month expansion plan in place, and we are soon to be raising capital to do a regional expansion across Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico. Currently, we are strategically targeting Colorado.
Requirements:
You must have a Colorado Journeyman or Residential license
Meet all plumbing laws and regulations, as required by El Paso County and Colorado
