Previous sign installation experience is required.
We are a small, but busy company with very low employee turnover that has plenty of work and we actively looking for someone to join our team.
A lead sign installer's job involves, managing installs, creating and managing weekly installation calendars, working with clients, managing client expectations, interpreting blueprints/plans and working all departments and leadership.
The ideal candidate would have expert level knowledge of vinyl graphic installation, all types of sign installation experience.
The ideal candidate should have planning and organizing skills and good hand-eye coordination. They should be able to deal with up to about 80 lbs. of weight, be capable of working outdoors at heights, have previous OSHA training, and will need to be insurable, have a clean driving record, be able to gain access to military bases and have a valid driver's license.
This position requires the candidate be fit and physically active as the job involves moving about, climbing, walking, lifting and other physical activities. The ideal candidate should also be a great communicator and be able to develop a healthy professional relationship with co-workers.
