Work you’ll take on
Carpentry: framing repairs, doors/windows, siding, decks, rails, stairs, trim
Drywall: hang, tape/finish, texture; minor paint touch-up
Exterior repairs: fencing, soffit/fascia, misc. punch and service calls
Light demo, site protection, and jobsite cleanup related to your scope
Read simple plans, measure accurately, and document with photos
How it works
You’ll receive work orders with scope, photos, and agreed piece rate before starting
Accept the scopes you want, schedule within the customer window, and complete
Quality and code compliance are expected
Submit photo documentation and short completion notes for prompt payout
What you bring
3+ years in a primary trade - strong carpentry preferred
Your own tools, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone for photos/messaging
Professional communication and customer service on occupied jobs
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Familiarity with PPRBD and IRC/IBC basics is a plus
Pay & timing
Piece-rate per scope with written confirmation before you start
Mix of small tickets and multi-day installs
