Experienced Prep and Support Staff for Wood Finisher/Shop
Full Time position for an experienced wood prep person. Must have experience with prep work, sanding, repairs, fills, masking and general shop work. Must be able to take direction from a lead finisher and work well with small crew. Must have a general knowledge of hand and power tools, and how to use them safely.
The successful candidate will be:
Experienced-minimum of 3 years. Autobody experience may apply-many skills will carry over
Good communicator and able to work with others
Good problem solver
Able to adapt skills to each situation, we are not a production shop
Able to be given a task and work on their own
Able to work with different sub-straights- we mostly work on wood, but also several other surfaces
Clean MV record
Can pass a background check and drug test
Pay $19-25/hr
