Skills:
2 years minimum of Accounting experience
Optimistic with a kind attitude
Respectful, mindful and thoughtful of others
Strong math skills with great phone etiquette
Proficient in oral and written communication
Basic knowledge of accounting terminology
Multi-tasker using time management
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Accounting Responsibilities:
Answer phones, email correspondence and filing
Manage and close quotes, sales orders and invoices
Schedule, dispatch and follow up with jobs
Reconcile payments as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2 years minimum of Accounting experience
High School Diploma preferred
Reliable Transportation with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check
