Tribe Recovery Homes INC
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our non-profit team at Tribe Recovery Homes Inc. Our organization helps individuals that struggle with substance misuse and mental health. This position is full-time and it's possible to work remotely (part of the time) after the initial 90 days and/or training is no longer needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Work closely with community partners for grant billing
-Billing all grants by the 10th of every month
-Handle all A/P and A/R
-Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and documentation
-Work collaboratively with executives to support financial reporting requirements
-Manage the monthly payroll cycle
-Billing monthly bed spaces for participants in the program, collecting payments and setting up on payment plans as needed. Processing vouchers from judicial partners as well as scholarships.
Requirements:
-Prior experience with State and Federal Grants
-Experience working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations is a plus
-Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll management
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
-Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and/or similar accounting software
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ideally the right fit would start part-time while training and then progress to full-time quickly, but this can be discussed further
-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
Salary range based off experience and education: $43,680-$54,000/year
