Job Title: Business Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

Company: DaVinci Coatings, LLC

Location: Remote (in-office every Friday and Monday morning in Denver, CO)

Compensation: $28–$35/hour for 12–18 hours per week, depending on experience, with potential to grow into a full-time role

Required Skills:

You must be proficient with LCP Tracker, Patriot Payroll, and Quickbook. Experience with construction administration is a strong plus.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Business Operations Assistant to keep the trains running and help us strengthen our operational foundation as we continue to grow. This role will handle painter onboarding, internal systems and processes, payroll, basic financial support, and executive support to our co-founders.

You’ll also have the opportunity to assist with marketing and communications, including organizing webinars and maintaining our social media presence.

What You Will Do

Employee & Subcontractor Operations

Support onboarding and setup for new painters and subcontractors (certifications, compliance forms, contracts)

Maintain internal employee and subcontractor records

Finance & Payroll

Manage payroll, including certified payroll for prevailing wage projects, using Patriot Payroll

Process accounts payable and ensure bills are paid accurately and on time

Track job costs, labor, and materials

Collaborate with accounting for tax preparation and accurate record-keeping

Operations & Process Improvement

Maintain organized digital files and company records

Provide administrative support (scheduling, meeting prep, logistics)

Improve internal processes and streamline workflows

Marketing & Communications

Support social media posting and marketing initiatives

Assist with small campaigns and company communications

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years in an operations, administrative, or office management role (construction experience preferred)

Proficiency with Patriot Payroll, Excel, and digital tools (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc.)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter mentality with comfort working independently

Bonus Points

Experience with LCP Tracker and certified payroll

Spanish language skills

Social media or marketing experience

Based in the Denver metro area
