This is a 1099 commission

Salary Potential limited only by your desire and eagerness

Part-Time individuals can earn up to $3,750 - $7,500+/month, Full-Time, your growth potential is unlimited

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and purpose-driven Life & Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team - no prior experience or license required. We provide all the training, guidance, and support needed to help you get licensed, develop your skills, and build a successful career in the financial services industry. As an agent, you will educate clients on financial planning principles, provide personalized life insurance solutions, and support them in achieving long-term financial peace of mind. You'll thrive in a team-first culture where mentorship, personal growth, and community impact are part of your everyday work

Key Responsibilities:

- Educate clients on basic financial principles and the importance of Life Insurance.

- Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.

- Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and service.

- Attend regular team trainings, workshops, and financial education sessions.

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and meet shared goals.

- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Participate in outreach and community events to promote financial literacy

Qualifications & Expectations:

- Age 18+

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

- Organized, reliable, accountable and coachable.

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus

- Willing to invest in attaining a Life License

- Value People, Ethics and desire Personal Growth

- Be Coachable
