Responsibilities:
-Provide direct administrative support to executive team members, including calendar management, inventory stock management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
-Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.
-Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
-Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
-Assist with project coordination and track deadlines.
-Update, organize and maintain digital files and records.
-Support event planning and team initiatives as needed.
-Be handy for any task that needs assistance at Ludega.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Mac-compatible software.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-High level of discretion with confidential information.
-Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Computer and tech savvy.
