Quick Books Desktop data entry for 2 businesses. Quick Books Online and Quick Books Desktop. Work would be in our home office on a scheduled basis - flexible hours
1. Plumbing Business - Custom Homes and Light Commercial 8-12 Employees (75% of workload)
- Estimates, progressive billing, change order billing
- Reconciliation of invoices, job tracking of all expenses and payments.
- Payroll via Intuit Time into Quick Books Online
- Weekly, Monthly & Qtrly Tax Filings
- QBO monthly reconciliation of Bank Stmts, credit cards
- Job Scheduling
- Filing
- Financial analysis for job profitability
- Light Business correspondence
2. Retail Business - Brick & Mortar location, 3-5 part time employees (25% of workload)
- Data Entry of merchandise orders
- Monthly Sales data entry from Square
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statements and credit cards.
- Monthly & Qtrly tax filings
- Weekly payroll with commission calculations
- Invoicing - Online and B2B Customers
- 2023 Reconciliation and clean-up for tax filing
- Transition from Quick Books Desktop to Quick Books Online for 2024
- Set up Filing/ordering system
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Word
