Remote Bookkeeper - Contractor
South Denver Metro Area - Tax & Accounting Firm looking for Contractor Bookkeepers - Part Time. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online, Data Entry, Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Reconciliations, Setting Up New Clients, Obtaining Clients User Names & PW's to Download Required Data, Quarterly Financial Statements, Detailed Journal Entries, Experience in recording Payroll and Payroll Taxes from ADP and Paychex reports each month, plus Year End 1099's.
Must be feel comfortable dealing with multiple clients with specific needs in different industries. Experience in cleaning up and/or creating new books for clients who are behind on years of bookkeeping or clients who are just starting out and require new booksboth of these are a plus.
Applicants should have 10+ years of bookkeeping experience dealing with many types clients in many different industries. Some of our clients requiring prodding, pushing and pulling to get the records needed to get the job the done. Contractors must be responsive to client needs with excellent communication skills. CPA, EA desired but not required.
