Harper Hofer & Associates is a downtown Denver CPA firm looking for a Business Manager/Controller.
Remote/in office.
Responsibilities:
Maintain records of financial transactions by posting, verifying, allocating and balancing the
General Ledger accounts
Payroll processing
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable (including invoicing through LeanLaw software)
Office Support
Provide management team with monthly financial reports and data for operations and planning
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare daily bank deposits
Responsible for the renewal of all business insurance (health, dental, professional liability, etc.)
Maintain required business documents
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management Board
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Accountant is required
Proficiency in LeanLaw software is helpful
CPA Preferred
Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and multiātask
Ability to interface well with staff and clients
Highly organized and detail oriented
Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
