Gleam Car Wash is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Supervisor to oversee its two existing locations. The Denver wash is a well-established flex; the Aurora wash is a new express exterior that includes detail services by appointment. Candidates must have at least five years of industry experience that includes at least several overseeing multiple wash locations. Essential managerial and day-to-day tasks outlined below though additional tasks may be assigned as needed. When not completing managerial tasks, the Multi-Site Supervisor must participate in day-to-day operations alongside team members so as to maintain the current collegial environment amongst staff of all levels.
Scheduled hours: 40 hours a week and occasionally additional hours as needed to complete the assigned duties and cover when other team members are absent. As of date of this document, the wash locations are open from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm though hours may change. Opening and closing duties can start as early as 5:00 am and go as late as midnight, depending on needs.
Workplace: This position must cover both sites in the Denver Metro Area. This position will need to travel between sites as necessary.
Status: Exempt; Not eligible for overtime
Compensation commensurate with experience, $56K-$80K/year.
Other benefits (subject to change): Health care, 401K starting after one full year employment, accrual of 2 weeks paid vacation starting first day, which is in addition to leave under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
Reports to: Works with and reports directly to owners.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Staffing:
Hire and train new employees; handle discipline.
Organize and oversee the schedule and work of assigned staff; establish/evaluate performance standards.
Plan and organize daily activities related to operations including determining labor needs to meet production goals.
Adhere to and improve the safety culture of the site. Accountable for the safety of the employees.
Train all staff (cross-training is mandatory) on basic operations, including sales, safely loading cars, tunnel maintenance, site cleanliness, and respectful customer interaction.
Customer Service
Work directly with the customer to resolve complaints, incident reports, and maintain overall customer satisfaction to the extent possible.
Fill out all damage claims properly, take pictures, and report; train and oversee staff to do the same.
Maintenance
This is a maintenance-heavy position. Oversee as well as personally maintain the cleanliness, safety, upkeep and the repair of all aspects of the physical plant, including the tunnel & water reclaim equipment, the tunnel itself, the buildings, points of sale and all other site improvements. Oversee and personally maintain all detail equipment.
Primarily responsible for ordering supplies for the bay and detail operations.

Required Education and Experience:
Five years+ of industry experience is required including at least several years overseeing multiple washes.
In-depth experience and aptitude in cleaning and repairing all car wash and reclaim equipment.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing indoors and outdoors.
Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to travel to and between two carwash sites.
