We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Saw Cutting Manager to oversee field operations and drive project success. This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Position Overview
The Saw Cutting Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of concrete cutting and drilling projects, including crew supervision, equipment coordination, client communication, and quality assurance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage saw cutting and concrete drilling projects from initiation to completion
Supervise field crews, coordinate schedules, and oversee equipment logistics
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce quality control standards
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives
Maintain accurate records, invoices, and reports using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Assist with estimating, bidding, and strategic project planning
Oversee maintenance and performance of cutting equipment and tools
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in concrete cutting, coring, and drilling operations
Prior supervisory or management experience in construction or demolition
Familiarity with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scanning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
