Computer savvy, handline paperwork, working with vendors, scanning checks for deposits, working with maintenance staff, answering calls, weekly reports, monthly reports, collecting rent, sending in invoices, applications, leases, handling tenant issues, getting estimates for repairs/emergencies and yearly budgets.
Starts at $20-$22 per hour / more if you have experience in same industry (apartments/leasing/mobile homes)
