Western Wrecking
Western Wrecking was formed in 2013 and has been providing Heavy Civil Construction and Demolition to customers across Colorado. WW is currently looking for a Project Manager. The job is located at 25997 Conifer Rd. Conifer Colorado.
Duties:
-Communicate with Superintendents about budgets and schedules
-Create and manage schedules
-Manage positive working relationships with owners and clients
-Maintain project budgets and monthly reporting
-Track project change orders and change conditions
-Schedule and manage subcontractors
-Manage and track material submittals for projects
-Manage and track permits
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree or greater in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other construction related field, or 10+
years in civil construction experience
-5+ years construction management experience
-Valid Colorado drivers license and insurable driving record
-Ability to communicate with and take direction from upper management as well as communicate with field
management staff
-Budget and Schedule management experience
-Ability to perform job walks and site inspections

Pay:
-$85,000 - $135,000 per year
Schedule:
-Approx. 8-4, Monday to Friday (35-45 hours per week)
