Avannis is seeking a dedicated Reporting and Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll generate monthly and quarterly reports for Avannis clients using established processes and then vigorously ensure all numbers, statements, labeling and content are 100% accurate. You will take ownership and pride in delivering impactful reports to our client account managers who can trust they will not be caught off guard in front of a client by a mistake in a report.
This position also offers opportunities for growth in highly marketable skills such as business intelligence technology, developing and writing market insights, and using database queries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate monthly executive reports for clients using Excel, Powerpoint, and Tableau
- Follow established processes to ensure 100% accuracy of reports
- Take full ownership for ensuring the quality of the reports that are received by clients
- Learn to use business intelligence tools for report generation
SKILLS REQUIRED
- A passion for accuracy
- Proven ability to develop and religiously follow well defined processes
- Microsoft office suite, including Access
- An interest and aptitude for learning additional skills, including business intelligence
- Exceptional writing, spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Background in Tableau is a strong advantage, but not required
