Concierge Desk at High Rise Luxury Downtown Residential Condominium
Guest services + administrative responsibilities. Part Time position available. Part time Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening hours 4p-8p. Full time day hours Sunday 9am - 5pm. More shifts may become available.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Possess strong team leadership skills
Workdays as assigned
Greet residents and visitors
Fields and responds to resident requests/inquiries
Assists in addressing resident concerns
Performs administrative functions/record keeping/package logs
Accepts deliveries for residents
Assists residents with packages
Write incident reports
Camera monitoring (report suspicious activity to Security or Management Office)
Maintain clean work area
Responsible for unit keys and lockboxes
Manage traffic flow through lobby area
Lobby attendant to accommodate residents and guests as required
Take cordial approach to all resident activities in accordance with guidelines set by Board of Directors
Qualifications as Concierge:
Previous experience in a hospitality environment helpful, but not required (hotel, condominium, apartment)
Must have a positive and upbeat demeanor
Exemplary customer service ability
Professional dress and demeanor
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must possess situational awareness with exceptional attention to detail
Must possess effective listening skills
Must treat everything with confidentiality
Possess initiative to learn names & addresses of all residents & resident pets
Must possess interpersonal relationship skills and leadership skills
Oversee Resident Contact List, supplies, procedures
Minimal computer skills related to email communications and Internet use
Must be able to communicate effectively with Management staff, coworkers, Board and vendors
Must be capable of performing duties with limited supervision
Must possess personal values that are in alignment with set standards
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
