You will be responsible for:
Assisting customers by providing product and service information via phone, email, or chat.
Remaining flexible to resolve product and service questions or escalations
Efficiently scheduling our team of service technicians
What will your work day look like?
IHT is a fast-paced environment. Answering phones, scheduling service calls, routing, and billing. Resolve issues involving billing disputes, A/R collection, warranty claims, and customer service issues, oversee service van inventory, email communication with internal and external customers, assist walk-in customers, create and process service orders, sales orders, and warranty claims, review open orders and claims.
What we would like your career experience to be:
Prior experience in a service-focused industry a plus, hot tub or pool product knowledge also a plus(not required), reliable transportation, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, willing to work flexible schedule based on business needs, be dependable and motivated, must have an attention for detail.
