Leading distributor of Italian outdoor furniture with over two decades of successful relationships in the foodservice, hospitality and corporate industries is seeking a couple of Customer Relation Representatives with a professional attitude, excellent communications skills, ability to resolve problems, detail oriented, and dependable.
Your main responsibilities will be to support our customer base with product information, stock and freight requests, and order entry to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and duties included, but not are limited to:
Answer incoming calls from Customers and Sale Representatives, offering general product information, customer service and research functions
Manage accounts in assigned sales rep regions
Communicate with sales reps regarding all territorial activity
Enter, process and update orders from assigned regions
Outbound customer services calls to existing customers
Maintain customer return requests
QUALIFICATIONS
Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; knowledge of SAGE100 & CRM a plus
Account maintenance experience
Experienced in business-to-business customer service
Able to succeed in a small fast paced and open team environment
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and must be able to multi task
Two-three years customer service experience
Be a high school graduate or equivalent
