The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service department and support cross-departmentally on occasion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service background, attention to detail, a high degree of adaptability who works well in a fast-paced evolving environment. Your daily mission is to communicate your passion for health and nutrition to retail customers, consumers and the internal team while facilitating PlantFusion’s business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide excellent customer service for incoming calls and emails daily from retail customers, distributors and consumers

Front line in the Sales Order Cycle; receive, process, and enter sales orders, returns and invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Gather additional information needed for accounts

Enter additional information into our orders portal

Calling customer to get updated payment and account information

Work cross-departmentally with such tasks as below but not limited to:

Assemble sales tools and sales kits

Office clerical work such as printing, copying and scanning

Reliable transportation to execute occasional errands

Any other tasks as needed by the department or company

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

This position will report to our Customer Service Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in office-level customer service/customer support is preferred

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently review own work-product

Very skilled in computer software systems including MS Office, MS Excel, ERP/Order Processing systems along with working knowledge of data analysis

Ability to work with a nimble and energetic team and independently as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction and overall process improvement

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

DETAILS

Monday-Friday (8am-4:40pm/9am-5pm)

Full-time 40 hrs per week with the ability to work more if needed

Hourly Wage Range of $20-$24 (based on experience)

Office location: Denver, CO
