Our team oriented, well established, family-owned construction business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to monitor and maintain customer accounts. This is a full time, in-person, Monday through Friday position.
Attention to detail, solid customer service skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook) and Adobe, and solid communication skills - by phone, in person, and via email - are required. We also require at least 3 years of verifiable Customer Service related experience.
