Continental Cleaners has been a beloved neighborhood dry cleaner since 1986, known for our exceptional service and friendly atmosphere. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team at our Greenwood Village location.
Position:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee a team of three employees, ensuring smooth daily operations at our busy pick-up and drop-off location. Your role will involve managing staff, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining the high standards we've built our reputation on.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a three-person team
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Oversee daily store operations
Handle scheduling and staffing needs
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
Proven customer service experience
Management experience is a plus
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday
