COMPENSATION $55,000 to $80,000+ annual earning potential. The full compensation package includes a base starting rate of $19.00 per hour plus commissions and incentives on your revenue produced.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Full-time: Eight-hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (hours are subject to change).

We are seeking an “Inbound” Customer Service Sales Rep for our established and growing company. You have a chance to join a dynamic team that works together and is propelling the company's success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who is customer-oriented and interested in working in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who loves being on the phone and can manage a large number of incoming calls. A strong work ethic, a focus on quality as well as quantity, and a competitive spirit are a must.

Medical insurance is 100% paid beginning on the first day of the month following two full months of employment.

Paid time off (PTO). The company’s current PTO provides for two weeks of paid time off accrued at the rate of 3.08 hours per pay period in addition to any other paid time off required by law.

Bonuses are paid at the management’s sole discretion.

JOB TYPE:

No cold calling - these are customers who are ready for service.

The opportunity to work overtime is the manager’s sole discretion.

Attendance and punctuality are crucial.

Office attire is casual.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High focus on customer service with a professional demeanor.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, an active listener, coachable, and quick learner.

Basic computer skills.

Typing speed and accuracy along with attention to detail is necessary. A typing and spelling test will be included as part of the interview process.

Driver's license and ability to commute (Required)

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
