We are searching for an experienced customer service representative for a full-time position within a professional office. The CSR supports the sales staff and customers with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude.
The skills needed are:
Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and through email
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with a deadline every day
Basic computer skills
Self-starter to keep busy
Basic math skills
Responsibilities:
Processing orders and quotes in a timely manner with attention to detail
Manage any issues that arise and provide appropriate solutions
Develop connections with customers and sales staff
Basic filing and other administrative duties as requested
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Answer the call with confidence.
Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Properly note customer interactions and process customer accounts requests.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Schedule:
Must be able to work a minimum of 36 hours/week but can work more if necessary.
Flexible Schedules/Work from home available
