Established office supply company looking for entry-level callers. Family-owned and operated company and we have been in business for 20+ years. We maintain a positive, upbeat, honest workplace with a relaxed dress code. We never work weekends or holidays. Sometimes we bring our friendly dogs who love to brighten our day.
We are located off 120th and Main in Broomfield Colorado.
Our ideal candidate:
On time and here all week- This position is in-person at our call center. We DO NOT offer remote positions. Our work schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm. We never work on bank holidays or weekends. This position offers a 32-hour work week.
Self-starter and an ambitious person- We provide everything you will need to be successful. We will train you, but this is a position that requires initiative to dial. You are provided with unlimited numbers to call and an efficient script. This is a high-volume call position, calling primarily government offices. This means you will never call friends, family, or anyone at home.
Upbeat and ready for rejection- This position requires a strong, clear phone voice. This is NOT a sales position! You are making cold calls. Rejection is involved, and lots of people will say no we are looking for an easy yes and the key is to move on to the next potential customer when necessary.
What is the job?
We call potential customers and gather information for our sales team. This is called lead qualifying. This is done with our proven database and our proven script. Once on the phone, you will ask a few questions about the copier in their office and who orders supplies for it. We do not argue or force anyone to provide any information again rejection is involved lots of people will say no we are looking for an easy yes and the key is to move on to the next potential customer when necessary.
This position starts at $17hr with plenty of opportunities to move up.
First review is at 60 days.
Sick time is 1 hour banked for every 30 hours you work.
