Supplement Experts is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Estimate Writing team at our company specializing in roofing. As the team leader, you will oversee a team responsible for preparing accurate insurance estimates for roofing companies which will be used to increase insurance payouts when warranted. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive fair and timely reimbursement for their roofing projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of insurance estimators, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient estimation processes.
Collaborate with roofing contractors, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates.
Review and approve estimates to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in the estimation process.
Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in insurance estimation, preferably in the roofing industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A track record of taking ownership of team performance and proactively solving problems.
Proficiency in industry software and tools, such as Xactimate and Symbility.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
