Overview
ANIK is a transit research data collection firm seeking Experience Ambassadors for our Denver RTD enhancement project. Starting March 7th - March 16th, 2025. You will be hired to connect with passengers onboard and conduct pen-and-paper customer satisfaction surveys for market research. The data collected from passengers will support the improvement of transit in the Denver region and overall transportation planning and forecasting. We pride in bringing improvement while building connection with others.
Report Locations:
You will be reporting to various RTD Rail Stations including downtown Denver (near 16th & Champa), Union Station, etc. prior to progressing to further locations outside of the downtown area.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Available Shifts:
Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays) and one weekend day, either Sat or Sun
Morning shift: 7am-4pm
Evening shift: 12pm-9pm
Specific shift times will vary daily along with report locations based on bus and rail departure times
Required Training: Friday, March 7th, 2025
Start Date: Friday, March 7th
Length of project: 10 days
Candidate Attire:
Comfortable shoes preferably with rubber soles for comfort and safety (high heels not recommended)
Pants with no tears and no sagging
No T-shirts
No facial tattoos or facial piercings
Requirements:
Punctuality matters. We operate on a transit schedule; a missed bus due to poor time management will result in a missed shift.
A natural communicator, as this work requires asking personal questions to travelers. You must have a genuine curiosity about traveler insights. Bilingual in Spanish is encouraged.
Maintain agility for lengthy periods since you will be on your feet aboard a moving vehicle for upwards of 8 hours.
Returning to their assigned report location to return equipment, receive supervisor feedback, and receive a report time and location for the following day.
Ambassadors must be at least 18 years of age
