We are currently seeking to add another member to our team that works with the same integrity. Monotony does not exist within our company. Tasks continue to vary, making the customer service position exciting and fulfilling. We engage with all types of people and look for an individual that can adapt and communicate well with all of our clients. Seeking a candidate that can think on their feet, at the same time follow the guidelines and policies of the the company's requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones and customer questions
Working with clients and handling every phase of their accounts
Responsible for problem resolution for clients
Maintaining customer database and input of information into computer
Respond to difficult or complex product and service inquiries from clients, team members and business partners.
Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving and follow-through.
Ideal Candidates Have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service experience and skills
Need to connect with people - in person as well as over the phone
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Can-do attitude and willingness to assist in all functional areas as needed
Qualifications:
Degree preferred, not required
1+ years experience customer service
Superior client service skills
Strong communication skills - oral and written
Supervisory a plus
