Ember Hostel is searching for outgoing, positive and hard-working NIGHT OWL employee with a genuine interest in helping us maintain a safe and clean environment for travelers!
START DATE: available to start immediately, but can be flexible for the right candidate
SCHEDULE: 12 am to 8 am, five nights a week, including weekends
Our staff represent the face of Denver to thousands of hostellers’ a year traveling from all over the world with a majority arriving from Europe, Australia and Latin America. When guests walk through our door after spending hours in transit they are greeted with a big smile and new friends who go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable in their temporary home.
The Night Owl is responsible for:
Greeting guests with sincere excitement and providing top-tier check in services.
Operating our web based property management system with detailed attention.
Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
Detailed cleaning of high traffic areas including kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, laundry, property, et al.
Responding appropriately to guest concerns and being empowered to recover guest confidence with quick attention and over-indulgent customer service.
Promoting team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other staff/management.
