Mile Hi Services, the leading residential services company in Denver, has been successfully serving customers in Colorado for over 30 year. We are seeking dynamic and result-driven individuals with a passion for sales to join our team. Mile Hi offers top quality residential services small to large: Roofing - Lawn Aeration - Seed and Fertilizing - Gutter and Window Cleaning - Air Duct Cleaning - Attic Insulation. No prior experience in residential services required, but would be helpful.
This position is in-office and does not require door-to-door sales.
Sales Representatives earn a base hourly, plus commissions with the potential to earn over $100k per year!
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate business opportunities.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Warm-call existing customers from our database to generate appointments.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitability.
Receive incoming calls and maximize sales through upselling.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate jobs.
Requirements:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals.
