Teds Sheds Front Office Admin
We are a locally owned and operated shed building company. We have been in business for over 30 years.
We help customers design their structure, pre fabricate it in our shop and delivery to their site.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am- 5pm.
Responsibilities: Promote a professional image of the company as our front desk representative. Project coordination, and all related tasks, including but not limited to:
-General sales and customer contact.-
Preparation of weekly paperwork for builders and installers.
Maintain Office to Ensure all Areas are Neat and Organized- Monitor Stock Levels and Order Office Supplies-
Coordinate with Office Service Providers (phone, internet, water, etc.) to Ensure the Office runs Efficiently-
Answer Multi-Line Phone System, Transfer Calls, Relay Voicemail Messages-
