Active Athletics located in Littleton Colorado is looking for energetic outgoing individuals to join our coaching team. Our programs are growing and we need individuals to help us keep up with the demand! We are currently seeking applicants for the following programs:
Preschool Director:
Take over the management of our rapidly expanding preschool gymnastics program. Active currently offers day, evening, and weekend preschool classes.
Work schedule and hours have flexibility for the right candidate, Responsibilities included but not limited to teaching classes, lesson planning, assisting with marketing and promotions. Interacting with parents, mentoring and supervising assistant/ jr coaches of the program.
Experience is a must, and all candidates should be able to spot and lift a minimum of 50 lbs, have good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and complete Safesport. Negotiable pay based on experience and qualifications.
Girls Recreational Instructors:
Join our expanding recreational coaching team in teaching young girls gymnastics, through a set curriculum. Use your unique skill sets and style to help develop young athletes and help them reach their goals whatever they might be. Classes are offered Monday Friday 4:00 and on, plus Saturday mornings.
Work schedule and hours are flexible for the right individual, Responsibilities include but not limited to teaching classes, giving input on lesson planning, attending training and staff meetings, and interacting with parents.
Coaching experience is a bonus, but will train the right candidate, who has a basic gymnastics background. All applicants should be able to spot and lift a minimum of 50 lbs, have good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and complete Safesport. Negotiable pay based on experience and qualifications.
Womens Xcel Coach:
Must have fundamental knowledge of the Xcel program, and be able to coach all four events. All divisions are co-coached, looking for an individual that is comfortable in both a leader and co-coach position. Must be able to spot basic skills utilized in Bronze to Gold at a minimum. Experience is a must, and all candidates should be able to spot and lift a minimum of 50 lbs, have good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and complete Safesport. Negotiable pay based on experience and qualifications.
