Elementary School Program
These ENERGETIC, CREATIVE & FUN WorkShops start after school. - The teaching is 1hr and with an additional hour for set-up and clean-up. Workshops run Tuesdays through Thursdays. We are looking for Creative Energetic FUN Instructors to teach from 1 to 3 or more workshops per week. We require at least a one semester commitment. Applicants must have a reliable car & preferably live in or near North Jeffco.
Creative Workshops’ Programs are highly regarded by schools, parents & community for their excellent quality. Every class & project has an imaginative connection to science, non-sense science (aliens & fantasy), nature, or culture. Creative skills are expanded upon with each workshop. THE KIDS LOVE IT.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
All applicants must be punctual & reliable.
Able to pass the standard criminal background check.
Have your own reliable transportation
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Auto Insurance
Attend WorkShop Orientation.
APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:
o Ability to work on your own as well as team teach
o Experience with kids & teaching
o Ability to harmoniously work within the schools requirements
o Experience with ART
o Enjoy working with and inspiring a group of creatively energized Kids
o EXPERIENCE WITH CLAY- The basic & simple clay hand-building techniques are used in the WorkShops.
SCHEDULE
o Tuesday– Thursday – Immediately after-school-hours
o The number of workshops per week depends on availability and your schedule.
o This is a part-time job
BASE PAY $22.00 to $26.00 per hr. We pay for two hours (1 hour of teaching and 1 hour of clean-up )
We also pay travel compensation and very generous enrollment bonuses available.
