Must Have a Server and Mass storage Break/Fix experience
Experience in both laptop ad desktop break/fix
Must have a Field experience
A+ Comptia Certification is a plus
Must have a reliable vehicle
Day to Day Work:
Break fix repair of Industry standard servers (HPE & Dell), blades, storage and networking equipment. Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork. Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local Unisys team.
Required Skills:
Background in Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
Excellent communication skills.
Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
