Land Surveying Party Chief & CAD Drafter –(Denver Metro Area)
We’re a small, well-established land surveying company working throughout the Denver metro area, specializing in Improvement Location Certificates (ILCs) and residential land surveys for real estate transactions — not construction layout.
We’re looking for experienced people to join our team:
Party Chief – Field work for ILCs and residential surveys & ALTA's
CAD Drafter / Technician – Office work drafting ILCs and plats from field data
What we’re looking for:
Solid experience preparing ILCs and residential surveys in the Denver area
Familiarity with Carlson Software
Good working knowledge of researching city survey records, property records, & legal descriptions
Self-starter who works accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for field work)
