Professional Civil Engineer (BSCE/MSCE) available for part time work. 40 + years of experience in both the Private and Public Works Sectors including Roads, Utilities, Land Development (Commercial/Single Family/Multi-Family), Storm Water/Flood Control, Water Resources, Geotechnical Engineering, Solid Waste, Environmental and Mining Engineering. Construction Management experience including preparation of Plans, Specs, Bid Documents, Schedules, Cost Estimates, COs, Pay Apps, Contract Preparation and Management, Final Settlements, and Litigation. Excellent technical, project management, written and verbal skills. Available on an hourly or project basis. Very reasonable rates.
