We are seeking to add at least one full-time CAD/BIM Specialist to our team. Projects are primarily Residential, Multi-family and Light Commercial, consisting of wood, concrete, steel and masonry materials. Successful candidates can expect to develop comprehensive structural engineering drafting/modeling skills while producing construction documents, including plan and detail designs, and working in a dynamic team-oriented industry that includes opportunities in the office and afield.
Qualifications
CAD / BIM Modeler: Degree, certificate and/or comparable experience considered
3-5 years CAD/REVIT
Professional, energetic, self-driven, and ability to multi-task in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail, Excellent communication & Microsoft Office suite skills are a must
Construction experience preferred but not required
